I have always considered myself lucky that I never had an accident up until six months ago. I fell at a grocery store in Downtown LA. My husband had seen on YouTube an ad for a personal injury lawyer and we decided to call. At first, I was very hesitant and did not know what to expect since I have never hired a lawyer in my entire life but I cannot thank this law firm enough for everything they have done and continue doing for me and my family. I'm not sure if every law firm has a concierge department but these guys do and they go above and beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of throughout this lengthy and difficult process. So far I've had one surgery on my shoulder and I'm scheduled to have surgery on my knee next month. I have received from them flowers, phone calls from the actual attorney and my case manager Martha has been on top of the case. I'm looking forward to putting all this behind me but for the time being I'm very grateful and lucky to have found them. Thank you attorney Jennifer for everything you are doing for my case. I went with these guys based on the great reviews and they did not disappoint. In January I got into a bad car accident. I was going to settle with my insurance but a friend of mine opened my eyes and explained the benefits of reaching out to an attorney. Best choice I've made and zero regrets. I had a good experience. They work very good my case took almost 4 years but they did everything for me. They charge me 45% which I think it’s a bit much but at least they got me something. It was just to the end of my case were it took time on waiting on my settlement check .My case got resolved in June 2022 and now it’s November 2022 and I still haven’t received my statement check. I’m hoping to receive it soon.

These things take time, but they will make the process as easy as it can get, even thou you might get anxious about the time (almost a year in my case); but they will negotiate a very good settlement (it was most fair in my case). They changed the attorney in charge of my case 3 times during my claim and the 3rd was a charm.
