COMMON CARRIER - BUS ROLLOVER
Plaintiff, an infant baby, was sitting on her mom’s lap while traveling on a bus across state lines on the I-10 when a tractor-trailer carrying steel pipes spilled its cargo onto the freeway. The loading company had failed to adequately and securely tie down the steel pipes. The bus lost control and collided with the steel pipes, causing the bus to overturn and rollover. TRUCKING ACCIDENT
